ITSM Fundamentals is a 2‑day course in which users will learn the lifecycles and value of the ITSM applications from the viewpoint of stakeholders and daily users.

The class features lecture and group discussions, as well as extensive hands‑on practice, delivered in a wide variety of labs, tech talks, and an interactive discussion of a comprehensive, real‑world example. This course is designed for anyone who will be working on a ServiceNow implementation of the ITSM applications.
Following the ITSM Fundamentals and Implementation courses, ServiceNow recommends that attendees have at least two to three months of hands‑on experiences with ServiceNow before attempting the Certification Exam.
