Emerging from the pandemic, organisations everywhere are setting their sights on long-term growth. But after navigating the biggest disruption to business-as-usual in a generation, no one should be relying on things going back to how they were.

And that’s no bad thing. Because this is a defining moment, moving away from futureproofing out of necessity, and instead seizing the opportunity to build further, to tear up the rule book and create something much stronger than ever before.

Everything starts with your workflows: from connecting your existing siloed processes, to enhancing the employee experience, transforming your customer service and accelerating your transition to the future enterprise.

One such digital pioneer we’re delighted to be welcoming is Suresh Viswanathan, Chief Operating Officer at TSB, a retail and commercial bank in the UK (find out more about Suresh on the TSB site here.) He’ll be joining ServiceNow’s Global Head of Financial Services Go to Market, Keith Pearson, to share how organisations are transforming the banking experience for customers and employees in what is conventionally a very traditional sector. Suresh will elaborate on how digitisation has been essential to TSB’s recovery, giving it more operational resilience and the ways other businesses can learn from their example.

Meanwhile, Jessica Constantinidis, ServiceNow’s EMEA Innovation Evangelist, will be leading our keynote session with British Telecom's Chief Product & Digital Officer,

Hriday Ravindranath (learn more about Hriday on the BT site here.) They’ll be exploring telcos’ new role as a platform partner for co-innovation – and how it can help deliver global experiences for good. Phil Carter, European Chief Analyst and WW C-Suite Tech Research Lead at IDC, will round off the session outlining the role of digital resiliency in the future of agility – and what it means for European businesses.

We’ll also hear from Frank Dunsmuir, Industry Lead for Customs and Trade at Fujitsu, speaking with Kam Patel, ServiceNow’s newly appointed Senior Director for Public Sector, on how their business is using ServiceNow to create innovative digital solutions that smooth the customs process post-Brexit – allowing the very physical movement of goods and services between the UK and the EU to continue unfettered. There’s also the inspirational story of Telia, the premier Swedish telco provider, who are advancing digital inclusion for all. ServiceNow’s Senior Director of Marketing EMEA North, Anna Lämber, is joined by Malin Fransen Kronberg, Telia’s Director of Service Assurance and Operational Control Center, to discuss how the business is consistently transforming its assets, operations, and processes to give its customers the connectivity and support needed to thrive in the digital world. (Discover Malin's biography here.)

Then, when it comes to manufacturing, what’s next for an industry that’s built on manual processes and legacy knowledge? Jürgen Schön; ServiceNow’s EMEA Head of Manufacturing Industry, will be exploring how manufacturers are now connecting teams and systems across their businesses to enable worker productivity, operational visibility, security, and availability—all with one platform.

And in retail, ServiceNow’s Area Vice President & General Manager of France, Yannis Daubin, will be talking to IDC about ways to think customer first, personalisation, and cost optimisation at every step. They’ll be discussing how Digital Transformation can support these trends and explore best ways to develop new services and products, analyse market trends, automate security and compliance, and increase employee satisfaction.
